Operations Manager Prague
SKIVAK is a fast-growing group of international independent full-service content agencies in central Europe. To our office in Prague, we are currently looking for an Operations Manager.

Responsibilities
- Develop and run the branch in Czech Republic and Slovakia (in Prague)
- Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
- Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
- Search, establish and manage relationships with new clients
- Design and control budgets and cashflow
- Manage recruitment processes
- Office management

Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on management experience or leadership experience in operations, business development or equivalent field,
- Experience in rapidly growing and scaling organization
- Demonstrable competency in strategic planning, business development, HR and administrative tasks
- Experience in budgeting, financial planning and reporting
- Proactive attitude, decision-making and problem-solving ability
- Fluent Czech/Slovak and English
- In depth local market knowledge
