Account Manager / Project Manager

OUR EXPECTATIONS:

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in marketing agency
• Experience with printed projects and understanding of the publishing process is a great plus or you have a burning desire to learn
• Ability of efficient project management and coordination of team of copywriters, graphic designers, proof-readers, interpreters and outside parties
• Proven experience in management of complex 360 projects
• You like to build relationship with clients and alert potential business leads
• Ability to work independently or with limited supervision
• You are a native Czech with fluent English
• Good time and team management skills
• Culinary interest is an asset (🌭 foodies are mostly welcome)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Management of international projects, coordinating team in English, main focus on on 360 comm and content marketing
• Client service, strong ownership of projects from brief till successful delivery, evaluation with desire to improve processes
• Development of relationships, budgeting, delivering KPI’s, coordinating creatives and production
• Creation of business offers, looking for ways of developing the project, analysis of trends and competition
• Market research for identifying key trends, defining attractive product portfolio and opportunities to growth
